SGBC has designed a project performance and monitoring system which is used in each of its projects in order to manage projects and achieve clients satisfaction.
Under this system we oversee 6 parameters;
1. Time: Project time is one of the many challenges faced the project manager. By monitoring time we can control each project adheres to the planned schedule.
2. Quality: To insure that projects achieve the quality standard set out in the contract. This covers quality control, namely the non-conformance report, works rejection rates and survey (sample) rejection rates.
3. Health and Safety: To monitor the prevention of on-site risks, which may occur?
4. Environment: To monitor nuisances caused by construction activities, including air pollution, noise pollution, water pollution, and waste management.
5. Client’s Satisfaction: To achieve client satisfaction with project performance.
6. Communication: To assess the effectiveness of communication among project participants by meetings held, information requests, and correspondence measured.
